Back at it!

My calves are still sore from saturday's Warrior Dash wich was a blast btw! Im anxious to get back in the gym today. Today is chest day. Gonna start with dumbell presses incline & flat bench.  I kicked up my diet too. Eating alot! Gotta get over a plateau & to do that i gotta fuel my body for intense workouts! Holla back! :)

Add sum leg presses, lunges, leg extensions to the mix! Ok so today i rocked the squats & then hit sum calf raises. And fun ab training to of course! What leg stuff u do?

Motivation

Make time for rest! This mornings run was great. Not long but great. I didnt want to run & didnt feel like it but i made myself & i felt so good after. Glad i did it. I even got to the end & wanted to keeo going!
