Back at it!

My calves are still sore from saturday's Warrior Dash wich was a blast btw! Im anxious to get back in the gym today. Today is chest day. Gonna start with dumbell presses incline & flat bench.  I kicked up my diet too. Eating alot! Gotta get over a plateau & to do that i gotta fuel my body for intense workouts! Holla back! :)

Warrior Dash

So today is the day. I have been trying to prepare for this type of event but my love for weight trainging still prevailed. Im sure ill do ok; after all its just for fun!  ill post pics on site shortly.
