The cure for bird legs
Add sum leg presses, lunges, leg extensions to the mix! Ok so today i rocked the squats & then hit sum calf raises. And fun ab training to of course! What leg stuff u do?

Motivation
Make time for rest! This mornings run was great. Not long but great. I didnt want to run & didnt feel like it but i made myself & i felt so good after. Glad i did it. I even got to the end & wanted to keeo going!

Run forest!
Saturday cardio day! Run a few miles. Its relaxing & makes u feel so good! I like to walk at a quick pace & work into a jog. I also try to change the terrain. Have fun.
Arms & ab friday
Scull crushers 4-5 sets (using ez bar), pushdowns 4-5 sets, & close arm press. Then abs :)

Forgot thursday too! Im working on being consistant! Lol
Thurday was shoulders. I did 5 sets x 12, 10, 8, 6 of military presses. 4 sets of dumbbell front raises, lateral raises, & bent over raises. Then sum abs. Roman chair & big blue ball!

Rubber legs
Squats- 2warm up sets, 1 set of 12, 1 set of 10, 1 set 8, 1 set of 6 progressing in weight. Then a set going back down in weight. Mine looked like this: 12 x 205, 10 x 225, 8 x 245, 6 x 275, 4 x 315, 1 x 275.
Legs!
Cardio & leg day! Going to run the mountain & hit the gym. With squats, lunges, leg extensions, calf raises, & leg curls! Leg day isnt my fave.

Incline bench 4 working sets. 12reps, 10reps, 8 reps, 6reps.
Decline same
Flat same.
Flys 4 sets
Pullovers 3 sets.
Abs too!

Gonna look like a freak after this sick chest workout 2day! Last chest workout was saturday & i started w/dumbbell presses. Changing it up this time. Gotta switch up the workout & the day that u hit each muscle group. I almost always do one large muscle group & one small. But today its all bout chest! & abs :)
