daily post

OK! 2day is upper chest & shoulder day!  Cardio & abs are a given.  I had coffee & orange juice with oatmeal for breakfast.  Now a mid morning power bar before my lunch time gym visit.  A nitrous oxide pre-workout drink will get me fired up.  Today- incline dumbell presses, military presses, lateral raises, & standing rows.  Then a jog. :)
