Todays workout

Chest day! I love chest day.  I see lots of guys that only do chest, bis, and tris.  They are cheating themselves.  The body will respond better to a total body workout.  Some people will do several muscle groups a day with high reps and low weight.  Some, like myself, pick a few muscle groups for each day of the week.  There's a lot of good workouts; its just a matter of figuring out which is best for you to accomplish your goals.  Whatever you do, don't do nothing!  I'm here to help. :)
