Rubber legs

Squats- 2warm up sets, 1 set of 12, 1 set of 10, 1 set 8, 1 set of 6 progressing in weight. Then a set going back down in weight. Mine looked like this: 12 x 205, 10 x 225, 8 x 245, 6 x 275, 4 x 315, 1 x 275.
